Some easy protein
Paneer of 200gm costs around 90 rupees and can be stored for at least 3 days. Cut the paneer into cubes and refrigerate. Whenever needed, heat a pan, some oil and roast the paneer as you like. Season it with those extra oregano and chili flakes from Dominos that you saved.
For the crunchy cravings
Masala Papad is a flavourful healthy option when you want to eat something crunchy. You just have to roast it carefully over the stove fire. Top it with any salad or curd you have and enjoy it as a healthy snack.
Some desi desert
Sweet potatoes are great for your sweet cravings. Buy just how many you want and boil them. It's best served when eaten fresh. But they can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days after boiling. Heat it before you eat and serve it with a pinch of salt.
4. The street food
There are healthy options in street food too. Boiled corn, Churmuri (Bhel), roasted Peanuts, Coconut water, fruits salad, wheat momos are some of the many healthy street food options for a quick grab.
Buttermilk is one of the best summer drinks and higly nutritious replacement for the cold drinks.
There have been different variations of buttermilk across various states of India. Moru, Chaas, Majjiga, sambharam are some of the versions. You can make it by yourself or get a locally made one packaged or served.
