Some easy protein Paneer of 200gm costs around 90 rupees and can be stored for at least 3 days. Cut the paneer into cubes and refrigerate. For the crunchy cravings Masala Papad is a flavourful healthy option when you want to eat something crunchy. You just have to roast it carefully over the stove fire. Top it with any salad or curd you have and enjoy it as a healthy snack. Some desi desert Sweet potatoes are great for your sweet cravings. Buy just how many you want and boil them. It's best served when eaten fresh. But they can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days after boiling. Heat it before you eat and serve it with a pinch of salt. 4.
